ADOLESCENTS

Did you adopt a cute little puppy, who hit 6 months old and it appears their brain fell out? Or maybe you've just adopted a teenage dog and are questioning your decision! You're not alone!

The majority of dogs given up for rehoming are adolescents, and there is a reason for that! Adolescence can be HARD.

It can be hard for you, hard for your dog, and sometimes feel like your life is recurring 24 hour cycles of literal blood, sweat and tears.

Teenage brains are under development, add into the mix puberty and your dog has a lot going at during this life stage.

That said, it doesn't need to be the cause of your whole family turning grey overnight!

With the use of management, dog-centred enrichment and training I can work to help you explore how to make life easier on you AND your dog during this phase.
